Our Story
Many are probably wondering why our company name is called Phoenix Rising Exteriors. The name represents a symbol of hope, life and of better things to come, born from the knowledge and experience of difficult times and challenging circumstances that many of us go through in this journey called life. We here at Phoenix have collectively been able to cultivate the knowledge and necessary skill sets to properly navigate the exterior construction industry and provide the utmost quality of work to adhere to a standard that is above many.
The owners (Owen and Mandi) of Phoenix Rising Exteriors are customer satisfaction driven in the way they communicate with their customers and the people they hire and meet on a daily basis.
Partnering with Mandi, being as like minded and passionate for serving those in their community as himself makes everything fit so much smoother. Having a business partner with the same sight of making sure customer experience is upheld and adhered to just puts us at a magical advantage overall.
Offering ways that could make others lives easier when dealing with a contracting company. Offering financing options, speaking to home insurance agents on the customers behalf, reviewing sometimes confusing verbiage on insurance claims, collecting all necessary information and basically doing what needs to be done on the fore front of any job that needs completed.

Owen Kilbane
Owen started his way into construction in his teens as a roofing laborer and has taken those skill sets with him since. Owen is a decorated Marine combat veteran that served overseas in Operation Enduring Freedom and after his service he became a deputy for Mahoning County and later transitioning to Summit County Sheriffs Office where he served for a number of years. Serving has been embedded in his very existence since he was young.
Mandi McMillan
Mandi has a strong and diverse background in business, sales, and is certified in creating a World-Class Customer Experience. As a woman in the roofing industry, she feels there is a need for better customer experience, as well as a work culture that gets involved and gives back to the community. That has been the biggest drive in starting this company with Owen. Mandi leads by example, especially for her daughter, in demonstrating strength and by overcoming any obstacles. When she is not running the business, you can find her and her daughter enjoying life in nature with their close family and friends.
